Taking A Stand For Washington Property Rights
Dear Friends and Washington Neighbors,
Overly restrictive Critical Areas Ordinances and Shoreline Management Programs are crippling economies and infringing on property rights across Washington State. Common Sense Alliance (CSA) in San Juan County is taking a stand on behalf of property owners statewide, and we hope you will join us to learn about our efforts which could set the stage for challenging overly restrictive Critical Area Ordinances and Shoreline Management Programs throughout Washington.
You are cordially invited to attend Common Sense Alliance’s property rights and land use program, featuring Seattle Attorney Sandy Mackie, of Perkins Coie, LLC, legal representative for Common Sense Alliance and the P.J. Taggares Company in the matter of Common Sense Alliance, et. al. vs. Growth Management Hearings Board.
